About the Role

As a Research Engineer at ACC Group, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI systems that solve complex problems across various industries. You will work closely with AI researchers, product managers, and software engineers to design scalable AI models and systems. This role will challenge you to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve, from researching new algorithms to implementing high-performance systems.

In this role, you will:

• Design, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms to meet client needs.

• Build large-scale distributed systems that support our AI solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn research ideas into practical AI applications.

• Conduct experiments to test AI systems and improve their performance.

• Stay current with the latest AI research and technologies to integrate them into our products.

• Have strong programming skills, particularly in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Have experience working with large-scale distributed systems.

• Are passionate about AI research and innovation, and enjoy tackling complex technical challenges.

• Can work effectively in a collaborative environment, communicating technical ideas clearly to team members.

• Have a deep understanding of machine learning, including neural networks and reinforcement learning.

Nice to have:

• Experience in developing high-performance deep learning systems.

• Knowledge of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure.

• Familiarity with AI applications in industries such as finance, insurance or healthcare

• Experience in quantative finance
